Matt Carlucci 


Matt is a born-and-raised Buffalonian. He has spent the past 10 years in the hospitality industry and is currently Sales Manager at the Buffalo Niagara Convention and Visitors Bureau. Once Matt decided to raise a family in Buffalo, he recognized the need to make it a great place to do so. He lives in the Village of Kenmore with his wife of 3 years, Margaret and his 2-year-old son, Colin.

Liz Callahan

Liz was born in Buffalo, NY, and is currently working as an Assistant Manager at Torrid in the Walden Galleria. After moving back to Buffalo from White Plains, NY; she decided to join the B_Team because she loves Buffalo and wanted to work to better it. Liz wants to see Buffalo become a great city again, and let people be proud of being from Buffalo again!

Colleen Bready

Colleen Bready grew up in Lancaster, NY. She now resides in Hamburg and works at M&T Bank as a branch manager. She joined the BTeam in 2009 to effectively improve the quality of life in Buffalo, and remind Buffalonians that Buffalo is the place to be. Mike VanRemmen

Mike was born in West Seneca and has lived in the Buffalo area his entire life. He attended the University at Buffalo for Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and internal auditing. Since he graduated, he has been working at Freed Maxick & Battaglia CPAs. Isaac Williams

Isaac has been a resident of Western New York all his life. He was born and raised in the northern suburb of Lockport. He currently works as a Project Manager for Mar-cone Supply. He has a MBA in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Media Design. He also attended the University at Buffalo.  		Communications

Sarah Sheldon

Sarah M. Sheldon graduated from St. Bonaventure University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications in 2008.  She has been working with non-profit organizations for over 5 years and currently works as a Communications Specialist for Meritain Health.  She is a life-long resident of the City of Buffalo and joined B Team’s board in 2011 to turn her passion for Buffalo into action. Mike DeMarco

Mike graduated from Canisius College in 2005. He has spent the past five years in the banking industry and currently is working for Citigroup as an Operations Manager. His current job responsibility includes the promotion and growth of Operations and Technology in the Buffalo site.

Clinton Hawkins


Clinton was born and raised in Buffalo and served in the United States Marine Corps. He currently owns his own business and prides himself on being a productive member of the business community. Clinton sees a better future for Buffalo and his children.

Nick Guy


Nick grew up in West Seneca, and now lives in North Buffalo. He graduated from Geneseo in 2008 with majors in Business Administration and Psychology. Currently, he is the Accessories Editor for the technology website iLounge.com and is involved with event planning in the Buffalo area.

Ryan Taughrin


Ryan grew up in West Seneca and graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 2009 with a BS in Music Business and Journalism. He is currently working towards a Master's Degree at the University at Buffalo in Student Affairs Administration, while working for the Office of New Student Programs. Ryan currently lives in Blasdell, and wants to make sure that soon-to-be and recent college graduates understand the impact they can make by staying in the community.

Bethany Mazur


Bethany attended UB, earning a BS in Economics in 2005 and her JD in 2008. After several years practicing law, she left the profession to pursue a career in development. Her current job brought her back to her Alma Mater, where she works in development for the Engineering and Architecture Schools at UB. Bethany grew up in the south towns and now lives in Snyder with her husband Mike and her 2 dogs, Marty and Maeby. 		Sgt. at Arms

Amanda Schroeder

Amanda held many leadership positions throughout her education at Villa Maria College of Buffalo and truly believes in the philosophy that when you want something done, you should stand up and make it happen. Having spent time out-of-state pursuing her degree as a Commercial Interior Designer, Amanda has been able to truly recognize the potential that Buffalo holds. Corey Santonocito


Before moving to West Seneca, Corey was born and raised in South Buffalo. Currently residing in Depew, Corey works for HSBC bank as a Premier Customer Service Representative.  Educated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Corey is currently pursuing his MBA at Medaille College and is expected to graduate in early August.
